Our approach

1

Probe

We collect information and intelligence, delving into your requirements to ensure a comprehensive understanding of your marketing challenges, internal processes, and project objectives. Our focus centers on the ultimate goal, actively seeking opportunities to integrate simplicity, efficiency, and success into the process.
2

Plan Session

We engage in discussions with the client to explore various options. We present different photographers, delve into potential locations, and discuss logistics to gain a clearer understanding of the level of involvement required for the shoot and the necessary resources to successfully complete the job.
3

Pre-production

The client, photographers, and stylists convene to examine the plan outlined in a shoot book. This meeting serves as a platform to address finer details and discuss any potential issues. The pre-production meeting is a crucial step in streamlining the plan, leveraging the collective expertise of the team to enhance and fine-tune the project parameters.
4

Production Prep

Following our pre-production meeting, we initiate the preparation phase for the shoot. This involves acquiring necessary props, identifying and shipping products, securing talent, coordinating with food stylists, makeup artists, and set stylists. Final approvals for locations are obtained. The shoot book is then fine-tuned, incorporating details on products, props, photo direction, and other guidelines. A mutually agreed-upon working schedule is established to ensure a smooth workflow.
5

Production

The Art Director and Photographer meticulously assess each set, examining set design, lighting, products, and surfaces, and make necessary adjustments. They collaboratively review the schedule, making any required modifications. The Art Director plays a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to the schedule while maintaining the high quality of shots throughout the process.
6

Post-Production

The Art Director thoroughly examines all shots alongside the photographer, overseeing retouching and color adjustments. Once the enhancements are completed, final files are meticulously named and promptly distributed to the client.
