Do not use Gvoke if you have a tumor of the adrenal gland (pheochromocytoma), a tumor of the pancreas (insulinoma), or are allergic to glucagon or any of the ingredients in Gvoke. The most common side effects include nausea, vomiting, headache, and swelling at the injection site.
