Challenge: How do you get a customer to use a new channel for ordering parts and supplies when they set on their old ways of ordering?
Insight: The customer base was skewed to an older less computer savvy group. But all customers were very receptive to the free gift offers.
Solution: We used the fact that customers liked getting the free gifts, and leveraged that information to get them to connect with the bigger message.
