Building Modular Market Access Systems in a Regulated Pharma Environment
Overview
Servier_One needed a more scalable way to develop and maintain market access materials across a highly regulated Veeva workflow environment.
I created modular communication systems that improved consistency, simplified updates, and supported faster execution across payer and patient-facing materials.
The Challenge
Pharmaceutical communication systems require constant updates across interconnected materials. Even small changes can create major downstream revision work.
The goal was to move away from one-off asset creation and toward a more flexible, scalable system that could better support:
Veeva workflows
Review/versioning cycles
Modular content updates
Cross-functional collaboration
Consistency across materials
My Role
Modular design system development
Market access material design
Template and layout systems
Veeva-ready asset preparation
Production oversight
Workflow and structure refinement
The Approach
Rather than designing individual deliverables independently, I helped structure materials as reusable systems built around:
Flexible templates
Shared content structures
Consistent information hierarchy
Reusable visual components
Scalable layout frameworks
This made future updates faster, easier to manage, and more consistent across teams.
Results
The system helped support:
Faster update cycles
Improved consistency
Reduced production friction
More scalable deployment
Better alignment between creative and regulatory workflows
